Master's Candidate Information
Shipping: Master’s regalia will be shipped to the address entered in the order
Returns: Souvenir master’s regalia can be returned unopened, within 30 days and we will gladly refund you the purchased price less shipping. All returned items must be unopened and in their original packaging. Master’s regalia purchased from Oak Hall must be sent back to Oak Hall for a refund. Returned regalia that has been opened will not be refunded.
*All souvenir master’s regalia is made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic bottles. An average of 25 plastic bottles are used to manufacture one master’s cap and gown set. This line of graduation wear – GreenWeaver – is made of fabric spun from the molten plastic pellets helping to mitigate the effect of millions of plastic bottles going to the U.S. landfills every day.
Doctoral Candidate Information
Shipping: Doctoral regalia will be shipped to the Barnes & Noble Johns Hopkins Bookstore and can be picked up beginning 5/13/2024 during normal business hours
Return of Used Regalia: Doctoral students must return regalia following the last ceremony attend at Homewood Field. All rental items are coded so that the Oak Hall representative onsite can verify the return of all items. If you neglect to return after the Homewood Field ceremonies, you must return it to the Barnes & Noble Johns Hopkins Bookstore by May 24th, 2024. Students will be charged $900 for items not returned by May 24th.
Return of Unused Regalia: Doctoral students who purchase rental regalia and who are unable to attend either ceremony can contact Barnes & Noble Johns Hopkins Bookstore about returning their unopened regalia for refund by May 24th, 2024. Returned regalia that has been opened will not be refunded.
Doctoral Regalia for Purchase: Doctoral graduates walk in the official Johns Hopkins University regalia available for rental or purchase. For students staying in academia, purchasing official Johns Hopkins University regalia allows you to show your school pride by wearing this new regalia at ceremonies where you may be on the faculty. If you are a doctoral student and you want to purchase fine quality doctoral regalia, click Custom Regalia. If you want rental regalia, then continue by choosing the “Lets Get Started” option.
